Just so this dealer can be certain this thread is costing them business......I've just booked my S Type in for it's annual service and I've gone out of my way to select a different dealer.

I changed my S Type 3 months back as well and I didn't bother to visit you!

Not at all, but I understand if you are

Just writing here to support you and to keep this thread on page one so that no one misses it

If I lived anywhere nearby I would pass the dealership with a plasticbag full of dog****, and make sure that their lawns and/or parkinglots smelled just as much as their customer care and reputation does and will do before this is over

But sadly Sweden isn't that close

Good luck

Ola G

Well nearly there now :trembling in boots smilie:

Just heard from the court. The case will be heard in open court with the judge in wig and gown and anyone can sit in. All the witness's will be sat there staring at me and you have to stand up when you talk. Just like on the TV

Well if I was scared before I am b loody terrified now

So please, if anyone remembers, I would like some positive thoughts at 10-30am on wednesday and thursday the 9th and 10th.

Don't be inmtimidated by the court. The Judge genuinely wants to dispense justice within the law.

It may be worth investing in an hour of a solicitors time to familiarise yourself with court protocol and procedures. Judges like a plaintiff who has done their homework. Or, more cheaply, just go along and watch another hearing as a member of the public and observe.

Also, don't call him "Your Judgeship"............ :D

Yes indeed, especially as the Judge is a her :D

The court office was very helpful and gave me some pointers to follow in court. We had the hearing at the same court building so at least I know what it is like there.

The following is an example of how not to impress her judgeship:

Lawyer - "My client claims that at the time, he was as pi$$ed as a judge".

Judge - " I believe the expression is acutally as pi$$ed as a lord"

Lawyer - "yes, M'lord".

Good luck. And remember this... DON'T LET THE BAR STEWARDS GRIND YOU DOWN. You have got a good case and you are as good as them. Head high and you will win. Be confident. :)
